What We Do

  1. Consult with the psychologist on the information and its format required to load client data and to comply with POPIA regulations.
  2. Setup a new practice for the psychologist on the Healthbridge MyMPS online system & provide the psychologist with an account to access (view & update) client data & invoicing records.
  3. Load/update client data to the system, upload client forms to comply with POPIA and link clients to medical funds, where applicable.
  4. Invoice clients within 48 hours of receiving consultation data.
  5. Provide a monthly financial analysis report of invoices, payments authorised by medical funds & proof of payments as received email.

What We Do NOT Do

  1. Access your bank account (eg to collect proof of payments)
  2. Debt collection (we can however based on your collection rules, forward the account to your appointed collection agency)
  3. Handle account-related queries for clients with medical aid funds
