- Consult with the psychologist on the information and its format required to load client data and to comply with POPIA regulations.
- Setup a new practice for the psychologist on the Healthbridge MyMPS online system & provide the psychologist with an account to access (view & update) client data & invoicing records.
- Load/update client data to the system, upload client forms to comply with POPIA and link clients to medical funds, where applicable.
- Invoice clients within 48 hours of receiving consultation data.
- Provide a monthly financial analysis report of invoices, payments authorised by medical funds & proof of payments as received email.
- Access your bank account (eg to collect proof of payments)
- Debt collection (we can however based on your collection rules, forward the account to your appointed collection agency)
- Handle account-related queries for clients with medical aid funds
